IPV6 A New Internet Protocol

Introduction
In the business organization and technology change is inevitable. Following the exhaustion of the IPv4 addresses in the year 2011 the organizations get forced to implement the IPv6 technology.  The fact that there shall be no allocation of IPv4 addresses has led to the business and organizations experiencing challenges in translating to the IPv6. The current exhaustion of addresses on IPv4 technology campaigns on the migration from the IPv4 to the IPv6 has raised several issues arising from the hardware and software compatibility to the security concerns within the firm. The major issues addressed by the new technology include the improvement on the communication between the connected networks.
How the IPv6 Transition has affected the Employees
The impact of the IPv6 has raised issues among the employees in the organization. However, the impact of the IPv4 to IPv6 migration shall have no much impact to the organization employees. The current organization uses the IPv4 technology (Li, et al… 2007). The IPv4 addresses shall have no influence on the transition. The change effected guarantees no changes on the organization using the IPV4. The technology analysis has proved that the organization is implementing the IPv4 network services as well as the IPv4 services that apply the IPv4 addressing style shall normally continue operating  (Chen, et al... 2011). The IPv4 and the IPv6 shall have mutual and simultaneous utilization for many years. The analysis indicates that there is no specific moment in history that the IPv4 will cease. The world will never fully get to migrate to the IPv6 technology. The different employees in the organizations shall adapt gradually. Different levels of the departments and associated employees will move to the IPv6 at a different rate. The end users shall have the capability to gain access to the services applying both the IPv4 and the IPv6 technologies. The end users and the company employees shall have the provision of the duo capability in their workstations. The internet service providers and the organizations shall offer both the IPv4 and the IPv6 simultaneously (Savolainen, et al… 2013).

The Time and Cost Analysis on the implementation of the IPv6
The IPv46 guarantee increased security on the network interfaces. The magnitude of the security benefits depend on the efforts applied in attempt to remove the barriers that hinder the provisions of the intended security. The system requires implementation of the infrastructures requiring the application of the end to end security modules.  The internet user incur an approximate cost worth 90 percent of the IPV6 transition cost, the vendors and the internet service providers account for the remaining 10% (Feit, 1999).

The IPv6 justification
The following summary of the scenario and the benefit provide the clarification on the appropriateness of applying the NPv6 in the organization (Savolainen, et al… 2013).
Impact Metric
Application Market
General Description Example
The cost reduction from improved security
IPSec / E2E security model
As the security costs continue to raise in future the use of the end to end (E2E) security model could reduce enterprise costs during down time and preventive measure
The reduction of costs due to the increased efficiency
VoIP
The shifting of the organization to the VoIP from the old phone networks could save 20 percent or much more in the telephone network.
NAT removal
The organizations, the venders and the internet service providers applying the on the NAT work ground use up to around 30% of the IT related expenditure.
The  value of the remote access to existing products and services
The increased life expectancy of the services and the products
The automobile and the appliance owners has the capability of increasing the life expectancy of their products and services. The automobile and the appliance owners should implement the remote monitoring and the support services to improve on the life expectancy of the products and services.
The services cost
The automobile and appliance owners can decrease service cost through the application of remote monitoring and the support services.
The innovation in the communication and the online products and services
The new mobile data services
The wireless companies could sell the new features through the expanded network capabilities.
The online gaming
The gaming and the game console implementers could see the expanded network capabilities.

The wireless companies and the organization require the IPv6to increase the addressing capability for the Peer to peer (P 2 P) (the applications used for most mobile applications)

Conclusion
The business platforms phase similar challenges in the process of transforming the IPv4 to the IPv6 platform. The utilization of the IPv6 technology impacts the daily operations of the business organizations through increasing the costs of training the employees as well as the purchase of the hardware and the software components. However, the impact of the transition requires prior preparations within the business platforms to plan adequately to effect the application.
